CARE Bangladesh marked #IWD2026 in Camp 18, Ukhiya, organized by the Gender in Humanitarian Action (GiHA) Working Group and the GBV Sub-sector, bringing together Rohingya women, #community leaders, and #humanitarian partners to #honor women’s voices, highlight their #resilience, and call for stronger #commitment to #dignity, #equality, and protection.

Stories, dialogues, and performances, ranging from panel discussions to community‑led puppetry and success stories, all of which spotlighted the challenges women and girls face, as well as their #courage in shaping a #safer, and empowered #futures.

Together, we stand with #Rohingya #women and #girls in their fight for #rights, #justice, and lasting #change.
